No doubt about it that Alia Marie “Lia” Shelesh looks really lovely and has a beautiful body, while her work contains sitting in front of a computer for hours. She needs to work out a lot to make sure she stays fit and healthy.

Sssniperwolf Workout Routine
Her workout routine consists of just cardio and a few exercises which target her butt, abs, legs and core muscles.
Sssniperwolf Workout Includes –
For her stretching is the most important part of her workout, as she is always working in front of a computer, her body gets all stiff and stretching helps her to get rid of that stiff body.
She does stretching many times a day. She makes sure she stretches her leg, core, back, arms, and shoulders. She stretches for 10 to 15 minutes before starting her workout.
After doing her stretching exercises she likes to do squats with weighted plates in front. So she does them till she feels the pain in her muscles. She tries to do them at least a few times a week.
Next up, she does a few reps of lunges on a flat bench activating her front quads. This exercise helps her get those lean and well-shaped thighs.
Next up she works her core with plank hold, she tries to hold the position for as long as she can. She does like 3 to 4 sets of planks.
Then she does 30 minutes of biking which gets her the full cardio workout today to burn those calories. She really likes to do biking in her cardio workout as she says that it works on her legs and her arms as well.
Sssniperwolf gets on the GHD, which is a great bench or you can stand for doing lower back extensions and abs workout. That is what she does in the GHD, she starts off with stretching her back and letting it loose. After that, she does lower back extensions and directly moves to crunches.
Leg lifts to squats
The last exercise she does is a couple of sets of leg lifts and squats. So she starts off with leg lifts then she goes to squats and then back to leg lifts and back to squats.

So for her diet, she doesn’t really have a diet plan, she eats healthy. She likes to change her daily eating routine. There are some foods that she loves like bacon and toast, and her favorite also it’s her must-have drink the Starbucks coffee, which she gets every time she goes running errands.

Sssniperwolf breakfast is her lunch as she wakes up pretty late and she eats the first meal at 2 or 3 pm. She really doesn’t have a certain food that she sticks to every day, she likes to change the food regularly.
The food that she eats mostly like sunny side eggs, toast, veggies, and fruits.
Just some fruits and Starbucks coffee.
Sssniperwolf Dinner Meal
The last meal of her day, she eats meat and Veggies in her last meal. Chicken, meat, lamb chops. It’s her choice, she eats what she wants.
