Sylas Briarwood was a fictional character and the villain of the web series, where he got killed later when he got shot in the chest. No matter how short he ended, there was a huge fan following, and some of the fans even considered him more robust than many Vox Machina characters. However, the official stats are not out even in Critical Role fandom; I checked to learn more about his background and how he and his wife had to flee to an abandoned city and then became ruler of Whitestone.

However, for Sylas Briarwood’s stats, I could only find his AC that got given as 19 AC. It means if you had an excellent Strength Modifier and an average role, you would have no trouble beating Sylas. Sylas was a solid-looking and tall man for his description of the appearance. Also, the character’s appearance shows an athletic build; of course, as a vampire, he would also have the vampire’s strength and speed.

So we can say that Sylas Briarwood was stronger than barbarian and might have even beaten any Vox Machina character in hand-to-hand combat. He would be also fast with almost a stamina that would never run out in his best shape. So how do you train to be like someone like Sylas Briarwood? Well, I would say to get strong, we need to train with weight training and also add strength training. For speed and HIIT cardio routine will be great, and also core will be a crucial part of our training, as it will support many movements.

So we will work out around six days a week; if you are a beginner at working out, then start with four days a week, try to leave out the full-body strength training for a month. Only focus on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday routines. However, if you are used to working out, do all six days of workouts. The routine will be at least 2 hours long, so get ready:

Cardio

We will start with a few minutes of interval training, for which I recommend you do around 10-15 minutes of running with one minute of moderate speed and then switch to a 30 seconds sprint. Once you finish your cardio routines, finish it with a few minutes of stretching. It will help your stiff muscle loosen up, and you will decrease your chances of getting possible injuries.

Weight Training + Strength Training

We will be doing four days of mixed weight training and two days of full-body strength training. The strength training will focus on gaining our strength and making us stronger and adapt to more natural strength.
