However, he’s also one of the sexiest Thai actors; sadly, girls he’s taken, but that doesn’t change the fact he’s sexy and fit. That’s why many guys want to look like Thassapak Hsu. So if you also want to know the secret of his workouts, then let’s get started.

I tried to find articles to see his whole routine or interviews but couldn’t find any legitimate interviews. However, I did find a few videos uploaded by fans on YouTube that show Thassapak Hsu working out in the gym. You can see this video for instincts where he does shadow boxing, and then I found many of the posts on Thassapak Hsu Instagram showing him doing weight training.

Sadly there is no detail about what exercises his workout consists of, but I can give you an excellent workout to get you looking like Thassapak Hsu. We will be doing a six days workout routine in which we will do shadow boxing, weight training and finish it with a core workout. Overall it will be a 2 hours workout routine, and you can count on getting tired from this, but bear with me since it will be worth the hard work.

Shadowboxing

We will start the workout with 20-30 minutes of interval shadow boxing. It’s great to get your blood flowing and get your metabolism high. You can do 2 minutes rounds with one-minute rest in between for 20-30 minutes. There is no pattern in shadow boxing. Feel free to mix jabs, hooks, combos, etc., as you like and get a good workout routine.

 

Weight Training & Core 

We will do six days of workout routine each day in weight training, focusing on a particular body region. We will follow a giant set workout method, which means we will move from exercise to exercise with very little rest or almost no rest.

Training method: Light to heavyweight with as little rest as you can between each exercise

  • Deadlifts (till failure)

 

Thursday

  • Fly movement (dumbbell flyes or cable flyes)
  • Chest press
  • Incline bench press
  • Flat bench press
  • Bodyweight chest dips (till failure)

 

Friday

  • Arnold press
  • Dumbbell shoulder press
  • Lateral raises
  • Shrugs
  • Delt flyes
  • Bend over delt lateral raises

 

Saturday

  • Leg extension/leg curls
  • Leg press
  • Compound pressing movements
  • Chain lunges
  • Shark pit squats
  • Barbell squats

 

Core

This workout will be a circuit routine focusing on your core muscles. We will be doing a quick 20-30minute routine to get the best workout.

Circuits: 3

Exercises in each circuit: 8

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

  • Resistance hanging leg raises
  • Side to side hanging resistance leg raises
  • Russian twist
  • Plank ball in and out
  • Plank twister
  • Plank hold
  • Side plank to a crunch

I couldn’t find what the Thassapak Hsu diet includes; I found one advertising video where he eats Greek yogurt, but it’s an advertisement, so I can’t trust that. Also, I saw him eating chicken and stuff, so he’s also not vegetarian. So keeping that in mind, I think I can give you a diet to get you an aesthetic body like Thassapak Hsu. Remember that this diet is nowhere near the official diet of Thassapak Hsu.
