Ju Seo is one of the actors that you cannot help but admire. Ju Seo has accomplished so much in life that you would surely want to look up to him. We also cannot ignore the hard work he has given to keep himself in a very lovely lean, and fit shape, without which he might not be getting so many roles. So how does Ju Seo keep himself fit and maintain his body shape throughout the year?
I tried to find out all those questions about Ju Seo. I tried searching for some interviews that can help me know something about Ju Seo’s body. However, no luck with that, as there aren’t many interviews you can see, not English. Also, I couldn’t find any Instagram account to find some of his videos to help me. So I guess he is not even socially active and not using Instagram or media sharing social media.
However, don’t worry, as I can give you a good routine that will help you get a body like Ju Seo. I have worked on many celebrities that have a lean and good body, just like Ju Seo. So I think it won’t be hard, we can work out five days a week for about two hours and get a body like him. We will include some cardio, some weight training, and a little boxing to get the best workout.

Cardio
In the cardio routine, we will do some running for about 30 minutes which will be at a moderate speed, and work as our warm-up routine. It will help you stay safe while doing weight training by opening your muscle and stiff body. You can also do some other workout if you want, but I would recommend staying with running as it’s easy, effective, and you can not go wrong with running.
Weight Training
We will do a five days workout which will include your mixed workout routine. In which you will only do essential exercise which I don’t have to explain. You guys can get to the gym and do your bare upper body, lower body, and core workout—two days of the upper and lower body each and one day of core training. Also, do indulge these exercises in your routine for better results:
- Deadlifts
- Hack squats
- Bulgarian squats
- Arnold press
- Bent over rows
- Bent over lateral raises
- Side plank to a crunch
- Flutter and scissor kicks
- Incline bench press
- Hex press
Boxing
We will finish the routine with a quick cardio finisher of 15 to 30 minutes of boxing. Try doing around one minute to two minutes rounds and get 30 seconds to rest in between while sparring. That way, you can burn more calories and feel a better workout.
