As we talked about earlier, Zoey Deutch has this constant anxiety that she is dealing with for almost her whole life.
To get rid of that, she follows a six-day workout routine, where she goes to the gym and does a lot of boxing, calisthenics, and bodyweight workout that focus on her lower body and core most of the time. All of these workouts work well together and quite good for maintaining a slim and lean body. Training day: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday
