Rybka Twins Diet Plan and Workout Routine: Samantha Rybka and Teagen Rybka popularly known as the Rybka Twins hails from Australia and are known for their ultimate stunts and acrobatics. They’re multitalented YouTubers having a mass fan following of 7.21 M on YouTube and more than 1 million on their Instagram page.

Dance

Dance is another form of cardio exercise. It burns a lot of calories and reduces weight. It’s a fun exercise, you can enjoy while burning a lot of calories.

 

Full Body Workout

Rybka twins like to do full-body workouts that affect and targets all the muscles of their body. Here is a workout routine they do to maintain their whole body structure:

  • Frog squats: 30 seconds
  • Burpees: 1 minute
  • Plank: 1 minute
  • Jump lunges: 1 minute
  • Push up shoulder taps: 1 minute
  • Hip thrusters within and out: 1 minute
  • Crab walks: 1 minute
  • High knees and jump squats: 1 minute
  • Double mountain climbers: 1 minute
  • V snaps: 1 minute 

Repeat these 10 exercises in a set of three each and do not forget to do warm-up and a little stretching before starting these sets as the vigorous movement of the body all of a sudden may result in cramps.

Rybka Twins Diet Includes:

Breakfast

they take cereals for breakfast with almond milk. They add walnuts, cashews, and almonds to the mixture of milk and cereals. The walnuts have high protein value and omega 3 fatty acids which prove to be beneficial for health and skin as well. Chia seeds are also added by them. They top the mixture with fresh strawberries and the breakfast is good to go.

Another alternative to this breakfast used by the Rybka twins is brown bread and eggs.

Lunch

They have their lunch after practicing some dance moves. In lunch, both twins prefer healthy smoothies. Their go-to smoothie includes almond milk, fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apple syrup, and honey. After making the smoothie they top it with walnuts, pieces of banana, and chia seeds.

Dinner

At dinner time they eat cake, pancakes, and salads. Salad is usually made up of beetroots, avocado, carrot, and tomato. They like to add black salt to make it taste better.
