Domelipa has gained so many followers, so that’s why many fans also admire her and want to look like her. So if you also want to gain a body physique and look like it, keep reading. I will be giving a lot of information about Domelipa’s workout and how she stays fit and healthy.

There was no video about Domelipa’s routine, as most of her videos are in Spanish so I couldn’t get information from her YouTube. However, after searching for things related to her workout, I looked at Domelipa’s Instagram, where she was doing a lot of dance routines. Domelipa was also a part of a dance team, and she is super flexible, showing you how long she has been dancing. But, besides that, there was not much information about Domelipa’s routine.

So to get a body physique like Domelipa, I would also suggest doing an hour to two hours of dance workout five days a week. As you may already know, dancers have great physiques because they do intense choreography almost daily. That’s also why most K-pop idols have an excellent physique by sticking to dance workouts.

Domelipa does a stage dance style, so I suggest a ballet dance routine. It will also work great to provide you with an excellent flexible body shape and toned muscles. So if you also want to get a toned body and lean physique, I would strongly recommend doing a ballet routine.

 

Pilates

If you are not into a dance routine, you can also follow a Pilates workout. Pilates is another of the most adapted workouts by idols, singers, and stars worldwide to stay lean and tone the muscles. It gives you a flexible body shape and a well-toned body physique. So I would also recommend you to do an hour of Pilates workout five to six days a week. You can do a home Pilates routine if you want for the beginning, but I would suggest joining a Pilates studio to access all types of equipment.
