I didn’t know much about Elçin Sangu, but now I’m surely going to keep an eye on her workout routine as she is quite good. So we will also focus on that, as we saw that Elçin Sangu does machine pilates most of the time, so I would suggest you join a pilates gym as not everyone can afford a pilates machine.
You can also start with the floor pilates exercises to get a body like Elçin Sangu. It’s up to you what you want, but make sure you workout at least five days to six days a week and do an hour of pilates work out.
I did some videos of her doing a few bodyweight exercises like high knees and others. Maybe it was just a warm-up routine and didn’t include her workout. However, we will still do a quick bodyweight training routine to get a good warm-up before the pilates workout.

That’s why you also need to do that, even when you are not working to keep active as much as you can. Make sure to do whatever you want; it can be sports, go on for trek, hike, do your housework, etc.; everything that keeps you moving will help.

As for her diet plan, I was not able to find anything related to her diet. Maybe it still isn’t uploaded or talked about by the actress. However, looking at her body shape and the work out she does, I’m sure a diet plan containing low carbs, high protein, fiber, and veggies will be great.
