Now we all know how to fit Fahriye used to be before she got married and gave birth to her lovely son. Fahriye has always stuck to work out and the idea of being healthy, but yeah, it was challenging for the actress to gained 12 kg after post-birth and losing weight. Even though I have seen many celebrities, mom did that most of the time, like nothing.
However, that did not happen as it was nothing. Fahriye did a few things that made her healthily lose that weight. The article and interview by the Posta Magazine tell us about how the actress lost her post-pregnancy weight. Also, Fahriye got so ready for the industry once again. In that article, the workout that got given was Pilates and instrumental gymnastics.
As it was a lockdown and everyone was home, Fahriye turned her house floor into her personalized gym. That is all you need when you have the will and enthusiasm to workout. The actress worked out almost every day, and pirates used to come every other day. So we are going to follow her example only.

Pilates is one of the best workouts that I consider doing for every person, whether you are a guy or a girl. I have tried it, and it burns your calorie like no other cardio workout. People tend to think that Pilates is more like a girl workout, which is nowhere near accurate. You can do that and get the best core and a lower body workout.
It also makes your body super flexible, just like you do in yoga. So that’s why we will be doing an hour of alternative Pilates days. So it will be like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, and so on. You can even join a Pilates gym and do it full time if you want and move from floor Pilates to machine Pilates.
Instrumental Gymnastics is Artistic Gymnastics that people do to increase their flexibility and get the best workout done. However, I don’t consider this as safe as the Pilates workout, as in this, you can get injured.
So please do this under some supervisor and someone who knows how to teach. You can make some of the gymnastics moves at your house on the floor like Fahriye but do remember it does have a risk, so be careful. Start with easy moves and then slowly get to hard ones.

Fahriye Evcen Diet Plan
The main reason for Fahriye weight loss was the diet plan only. So it’s not a complicated diet plan that you need to hire a nutritionist for; it’s quite simple and effective. The program that Fahriye follows was avoiding sugar, flour, and salt. Another thing that she did was control her food and ate two meals a day before 8 p.m.
Fahriye also drank a lot of water; the minimum she drank was 1.5 liters to 2 liters. She also focused on drinking healthy fluids like juice and especially her favorite Parsley juice. Avoid eating pre-cooked meals and ate home-cooked meals every day in which she used to eat mostly veggies of different kinds.
