Bobby was always a great artist; besides his singing and rapping skills, he is also quite good-looking and incredible physique. After searching for a few of his articles and interviews, I could not get his workout. However, I found a few of his pics, and you can see from how iKON Rapper Bobby looks indeed; he does work out. Rapper Bobby’s things are dance routine and choreography before his videos. That helps a lot with keeping him slim and burning calories. Other than that, maybe Rapper Bobby also goes to the gym.

In the workout routine, we will focus on cardio and weight training. However, cardio should be a massive part of our training as we don’t want to get way too muscular and get the bulk. Cardio

We will start with some cardio exercises to burn enough calories. The cardio workout will start with a few minutes of running; the speed is up to you; I would suggest running at a speed at which you can run for 20 minutes. Once you get done with that, we will be doing 10 minutes of HIIT hydro-rowing machine. For that, we will switch to 30 seconds sprints after every one and a half minutes of moderate hydro-row.

 

Weight Training

Once you get done with the cardio workout, we will do an hour of training. Now make sure not to lift heavy weights as we will be increasing the repetition per set, and lifting heavy weights with fewer reps will give you more mass than muscle. So we will do high reps with a moderate amount of weight. We will be focusing on form and posture during the workout, so every rep we do is worth working out.
