So if you also want to learn more about his body shape and things that Jake does that keep him fit, then keep reading.

So after researching about Jack Payne and things he does to stay fit, I was able to find some information. The first thing that you need to know is that Jack Payne is a gymnast and does a lot of flips and other things. So most of the time, you would see Jack Payne in a gymnastic gym practicing flips or learning other gymnastic moves. So that’s one of the things that he does, but besides that, he is also into weight training.

Jack Payne loves doing weight training and especially training his core muscles. Jack Payne even mentioned his workout routine in a video he uploaded a while ago. There you can see Jack Payne mentioning some of the workouts of each muscle group that he loves doing in his workout. Now, I know you all may be getting confused if Jack Payne trains these exercises every day.

Nope, he does mention these exercises in his video. However, those were some of the exercises from each body part. Jack Payne also follows a singular or two muscle group training pattern every day. Therefore, he was training his different muscle groups five days a week. Also, Jack Payne does a core workout every day, as he believes that it helps him with his gymnastics as there are many exercises where core matters.

So to get a physique like Jack Payne, you would need to train like him and get the weight routine in with gymnastics. So don’t worry as I have got you covered and will give you a routine that will help you get a body like Jack Payne. The workout will be five days long, but I suggest staying active even on the rest days by doing some parkour or free-running. Now, let’s get started with his routine;

Gymnastics

We will start in the morning with an hour to two hours of gymnastics. Now it’s up to you if you properly want to learn gymnastics or do some flips and learn some moves. I would recommend doing it properly if you are going to do it, so learn from an instructor to know the exact workout routine you need to do. Gymnastics will surely help you get a good physique, gain muscles, tone your body, burn calories, and help you get flexible.

Weight Training & Core

Now for the weight training, I would suggest working out four days a week with doing two muscle groups every day. Also, once you get done with that after every workout, we will do a quick core routine as Jack loves doing core workouts. He also claims that it’s the secret of his incredible abs.
