RM is an excellent singer, songwriter, and rapper know for being one of the sexiest and calm K-pop idols. He does have quite a sex appeal in the female fans, and even some male fans can’t help but fall for his looks. However, to maintain all of that, RM has to go through daily training for his performance, singing, vocal, etc. So let’s see what he does to keep himself fit regularly.

Dance

Like you know, every K-pop member has to go through the training routine of dancing as k-pop artists need to dance and sing well. It is why all of them are pretty excellent dancers that almost look professionals while dancing, and RM is no exception. Neither are the other BTS members, so they all have to practice the dance moves nearly every day. 

They release two to three albums in a year, and each album has more than 8 to 10 songs for which they have to practice different choreography. Which means they have to get it perfect and memories all the step for the live show as soon as the album is released. It’s way too hard being a K-pop idol, and even when RM is on tour, he needs to keep rehearsing for the live show.

Every day the dance class can last for two to three hours depending on the schedule, and all of that dancing does burn calories. All of these exercises are the main reason why RM is so lean, flexible, and ripped. So if you want to get a body like RM, you have to train an hour to two hours of dance five days a week. If you don’t want to dance, you can do cardio exercises that will burn 700 to 1000 calories.

RM and other BTS members don’t follow a strict diet plan, as they all keep training a lot every day; their body doesn’t get fat at all. However, it doesnt mean that RM eats junk food and snacks all the time; the amount of his food is quite average; he consumes three meals a day and sometimes likes to have light snacks.

Because of training a lot every day, RM also drinks quite a lot of water to keep his body fit and hydrated. So if you are working out like RM, you can eat a regular diet, but try not to consume more than 2k calories a day. As long as you can keep that up, you will eventually get a body like RM in a few months.
