However, besides being a good actor, Kim Soo-Hyun is also a very fit and good-looking person. That’s why many Soo-Hyun fans are always eager to know the secrets behind his workout routine and exercises that help Kim Soo-Hyun stay fit even in his 30’s. So don’t worry, as I have some things that will help us figure out his workout.

Kim Soo-Hyun does work out, that’s for sure, even during the times of dramas like “Crash Landing on You,” from where he has stopped showing his physique a lot. However, you can still tell that he had gotten a little more bulk and muscular when we saw him in fit clothes and t-shirts. Now about his workout, well, it depends on the role he will be playing, like for the role of King, he did more natural bodyweight and cardio exercises.

Now, keeping all that in mind, I think we can work something out and create a workout routine that will help you get a body like Kim Soo-Hyun. Remember that this workout won’t be the official workout of Soo-Hyun as he never gave details about his exercise.

It will be a mixture of certain things he explained in different interviews. So I will include a few days of weight training, some stretching, and a few cardio and core workouts to get a body like Kim Soo-Hyun. We will train for about five to six days a week for about an hour to two hours maximum. So let’s get started:

Stretching

We will do 30 minutes of stretching workouts in the morning, for which I prefer following a yoga routine. Weight Training & Core

We will do four days of weight training to train each body part on different days. However, I will give you 10 minutes to 15 minutes core workout that you will do every time after weight training. It will be a mixed workout routine focusing on specific areas of your upper body and lower body.

This workout will be a circuit routine focusing on your core muscles. We will be doing a quick 15-minute routine to get the best workout.

Rest time after the whole circuit: one-two minutes

  • Side to side hanging resistance leg raises
  • Russian twist
