Kio Cyr Workout Routine and Diet Plan: Kio Cyr is a Tik-Tok star, YouTuber, and social media influencer known for his tip-top videos and part of the Sway House.
Indeed one of the most influential teens when it comes to Tik-Tok. Kio has over 2.5 million followers on Instagram as well. Kio also has a very nice body structure that most people would want to get. So if you also want the Kio Cyr workout routine and the Kio Cyr diet plan, keep reading.

Kio Cyr Workout Routine
Kio has quite an incredible body shape which should not be surprising as all Sway House members have an excellent body physique. As they work out mostly together, make content together, and rise to fame together. It looks like a small family gathering where everyone is looking after one another. So now about his workout routine.
Well, I tried to find his workout but wasn’t able to get much information. It seems his YouTube channel also doesn’t give much info at all. Don’t you guys think Kio posts relatively fewer videos on his YouTube? With his fame, he could get way more success with YouTube. However, I don’t get anything regarding his workout routine, not even an interview.
However, I do know that all members of Sway House workout together. How do I know? Well, I have covered many of them previously in my articles from Noah to Bryce Hall. So I’m guessing his workout also includes the same things like doing an hour of weight training and hitting some abs at the end.
Maybe add some cardio for a better workout routine? Let’s keep those three as it’s what he does and make it into a routine. I will suggest that we keep a six-day workout routine focusing on a single body part every day while doing 10 to 20 minutes of a core workout. That’s what we want to focus on right now. So let’s get it started:
Kio Cyr workout includes:
Cardio Warm-up
Let’s start with a 15 minutes run on the treadmill for our warm-up. It will help the training keep our bodies safe while making sure we don’t get injured. You could also do some other cardio workouts like biking or any other activity.
Weight Training
We will do a standard bodybuilding routine in the weight training focusing on 6 to 8 exercises of 3 to 4 sets. I would recommend increasing weight with every set you do for better gains. Let’s get it started:

Core
We will do a quick circuit routine for the core workout in which we will only rest after the whole circuit gets done. It will also work as a good cardio finisher for us, so make sure you do it after every muscle group workout.

- Russian twist
- Hanging leg raises

- Ball plank hold (40 seconds)

Kio Cyr Diet Plan
Kio’s diet is also not available, but I don’t think he is a vegan to make a diet for you guys to follow. It will contain some protein, some carbs, and some veggies with other nutrients. Remember, it’s not Kio Cyr’s diet plan, so don’t say below that Kio doesn’t eat this or that.
