Leon Edwards Workout Routine
Leon has always stayed in a very similar shape, but he has drastically made himself more healthy over the past few years. Leon does many different workouts to keep himself at the top of the game and always gets better. The training consists of activities like weight lifting, weight training, resistance band workouts, agility workouts, and the MMA routine. All of these workouts are handled by his trainer, so it’s impossible to give the exact way he follows.
However, I know the exercises that he does, and after searching, I was able to find this video. In this video, you can see a day of training in Leon’s life, but I’m sure a lot has changed till now. His Instagram gives away lots of information as well.
So thanks to that, I was able to handle all of the workouts that he does. I’m guessing Leon works five days a week as the movement seems pretty intense. So surely he would need two days’ rest. I think I can make a routine that will be close to Leon’s training pattern, so let’s get started:

Morning Routine
The morning routine is based on your MMA workouts and training. Make sure you join an MMA gym, as that doesn’t fall under my expertise, so I can’t help. Keep your MMA training less than an hour and a half, and then finish it with a super intense core workout that contains a circuit routine of 25 to 30 minutes max.
You can do exercises like crunches, plank, side plank, leg raises, stability plank, etc. Also, try to use a resistance band or weights in certain activities if you are used to working out. So in total, you will be training for about two hours in the morning.
Evening Routine
In the evening routine, we will do an hour of weight training. Now I do know some of the exercises that Leon likes to do in weight training. Mostly lower body exercise, Leon loves working on his legs and making them stronger.
We have seen how much damage his kicks do, so yeah, that’s the reason. Other than that, he also loves doing compound movements; especially deadlifts are his favorite. You can also incorporate these exercises into your regular workout to get better results.
That’s all for the Leon Edwards workout routine.

Leon Edwards Diet Plan
There was not much information about his diet, but without a doubt, Leon takes a very healthy diet. You can tell that by seeing his physical fitness. I’m guessing that since he works so much, his body needs many carbs to keep him bulked up and lots of protein.
So yeah, a meal plan of 2.5k to 3k calories would be suitable for his weight category. Now let’s see a diet that you can follow to get a body like Leon. Also, before that, make sure you intake at least two gallons of water in a day.
