Lonzo Ball is an athlete well known for his outstanding play and aggression on the field. Lonzo Ball is also quite skillful in ball-handling and passing to his teammates. Believe it or not, to work all of those things to perfection, Lonzo Ball has to spend hours every day in the gym. I will try to discuss the Lonzo Ball workout as much as I can.
After searching for a while, I found many videos and posts regarding the Lonzo Ball workout. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any interviews from any trusted website, so I decided to check the videos of how Lonzo Ball workout. As you can see in a video here, you will be seeing him training his passing skill on a stability ball. Lonzo Ball is on one leg on a stability ball showing his ball-handling and passing skills to their best. There are many other videos like this which you can see on his social media.
Besides that, Lonzo Ball also does practice in the basketball gym and goes through various jumping drills, handling drills, etc. Lastly, he will also train his muscles with some weight training and strengthen his body. Lonzo Ball also has a fast metabolism, so he doesn’t gain muscles quickly, and even gaining weight is hard for him. So Lonzo Ball is always told to focus on muscle training.
Now, if you want to get into Lonzo Ball fitness, you would start with some warm-up stretches, add in some circuits, HIIT training, core workouts, etc. After that, you will also need to do an hour to tap hours of ball workout performing different drills and then finish with some lifting.
