Luis Fonsi has a built and physique like a model, probably one of the best body shapes. To maintain that incredible physique, Luis Fonsi has to work out regularly with consistency and full dedication. Finding his workout routine was not easy at all, as Luis doesn’t talk much in interviews about his workout routine. However, he shared a few things on his Instagram that might give us an idea of what Luis Fonsi likes to do, so let’s see them.

Luis Fonsi workout in the gym a lot and focuses on weight training to maintain fitness and body. In this video, you can see Luis Fonsi in the gym doing overhead cable press for triceps. However, he does have a warm-up routine where he likes to walk on the treadmill, like in this video.

I don’t have much information about his actual routine, but I can still give you a training routine that will help you get a body just like Luis Fonsi. We will work out five days a week, and every day we will be training for an hour and a half max, so let’s get started.

Luis Fonsi workout includes:-

Cardio

Cardio workout routine will be our warm-up routine. You can do anything you want for this routine; there is no rigorous regime we will follow. My recommendation will be to focus on doing a steady-paced brisk walk for 10 to 15 minutes max, just like Luis did in that video. However, you can do any other exercise if you want. Just make sure not to push yourself hard while working out.

 

Weight Training

In the weight training routine, we will focus on increasing the muscle mass and getting the bulk to get a body like Luis. To do that, we have to focus on lifting max weight every set with proper form; we will be doing fewer reps count like 6 to 8 reps per set maximum for best results. Feel free to take your time between the set, as you will be getting tired during the workout because of the heavy lifting.

Core Workout

Now, I’m not sure when Luis does his core workout, so we are just going to do it every day for 10 to 15 minutes. It will be a circuit routine, so you can only rest when you finish one set of all exercises.

  • Toe crunches
  • Tabletop crunches
  • Russian twist
  • Leg raises
  • Side plank drop
  • Low plank

There is not much information that I got about the Luis Fonsi diet plan. After finding out for a while, I found one interview of The New York Post with Luis Fonsi, where Luis said that his favorite food is sushi, and it’s the only food that he eats almost every day. Other than that, there is not much I can tell you about Luis Fonsi’s diet plan. However, looking at his body shape, I can still give you a diet plan that might help you get a body like Luis Fonsi.
