I still remember rooting for Jacob, one of the best movies I have ever watched. Besides that, Taylor Lautner used to be super ripped and toned. He was also a girl favorite for a long time, but there was a while when he got less ripped and even turned a little chubby.

However, Taylor Lautner has gained back his muscles and looks even more muscular than he ever did in the old movies. I can’t wait for Taylor to post his shirtless pic soon to see his physique. However, looking at him flexing his biceps, I can surely tell you that Taylor Lautner still goes to the gym and workout with weights.

When Taylor Lautner was working out for Twilight and had to bulk, Taylor Lautner had to work out five days a week with a personal trainer. Now, Taylor Lautner would be doing a similar type of training; I’m not sure if he still has a personal trainer or doing it on his own. Well, anyway, I will be giving you a workout that you can follow to get a body like Taylor Lautner. We will work out for five days, lift weights, and add cardio. So let’s get started;

Cardio

In the cardio workout, we will be doing a specific routine that will help you lose fat and burn calories. We will be doing a HIIT cardio workout, where we will be doing 20 minutes on the treadmill and then hitting the rowing machine for 10 minutes. Each exercise will be in the HIIT routine so that you will be following this pattern;

  • One minute running/rowing at a moderate pace
  • 30 seconds sprint at your max pace
  • 30 seconds rest

 

Weight Training

We will be doing five days of weight training for the weight training. In which we will be training different muscle groups every day. I recommend lifting heavyweight and doing fewer but controlled and proper repetition to get the bulk-like Taylor Lautner. That way, you can gain more muscle mass and look more prominent. So let’s get started;

Taylor Lautner Diet Plan

I haven’t found anything related to Taylor Lautner’s diet yet. However, back in the time when Taylor Lautner was bulking up, he was eating 3000 calories a day. Taylor Lautner was not big before that, and he used only to consume 1k-1.2k calories a day. 

So since Taylor Lautner started bulking up again, I would say he would follow up with a calorie intake of 2.5k-3k at least. So now, let’s see a diet that will help you bulk up and get into shape like Taylor Lautner. However, do remember to control fast foods and not eat anything terrible 90% of the week; you can reward yourself once in a while but in moderation.
