Vidya Vox Diet Plan and Workout Routine: Vidya Vox is a singer and YouTuber known for her songs that you can listen to on many streaming platforms. One of the best Indian American YouTube sensations that rise to the top from nothing on her own. Vidya does a fusion of Indian classical, rap, and EDM music that can get played and liked by everyone.
However, there are other things that Vidya also gets known for, and that is her fitness. I’m not talking about being in a shape where you will see super ripped abs, biceps, etc. However, she still looks super lean and toned and has a perfect body structure in her 30’s. Vidya Vox Workout Routine
Vidya is undoubtedly in one of the best shapes of her life; she is gaining followers day by day. Her growth is a little slower, but it’s constant, which is way better than two days fame. Vidya’s workout routine was hard to find, but yeah, after a while, I did get the idea of how she is keeping herself in that health.
Vidya doesn’t go to the gym, if that’s what you are thinking; I researched her whole Instagram, but no post was there where she is even near any gym. However, Vidya has done a video workout with YouTube and fitness instructors and created the channel of Blogilates, where they work out and do different stuff with celebrities.
Vidya also went there, and you can see even though she did all exercises, her form was not as perfect as a gym person’s form should be. In that video, they do some floor Pilates workouts and activities together, which you can see right here. Now, other than that, her main routine does contain staying active and dance workouts. If you see her YouTube channel, you will see lots of Vidya dancing videos, and she even shared the choreography video.
It is not that hard to believe, as dancing does help a lot with keeping you fit and toned. You can burn a fair amount of 500 calories in an hour if you do proper dance class. There was not much that could give me an idea of her workout. However, don’t worry, as I will be sharing my version of a movement that will help you get a body like Vidya Vox.
Vidya Vox workout includes:
Circuit Training with Cardio Finisher
We will train bodyweight exercises to help you get toned muscle and a slim waist in this routine. As it’s a circuit routine, it will be quick and work our cardiovascular and burn many calories while toning the body. Then we will finish it with our 30 to 35 minutes of a cardio finisher HIIT routine.
Reps: 30 seconds
Rest time after the whole circuit: 90 seconds

- Mountain climbers
- Leg raises
- Russian twist
- Plank hold
- Squat jumps to pulse
- Donkey kickbacks
- Fire hydrant
- Glute bridge hold
Cardio Finisher: In the cardio finisher training. You can either do 30 minutes running or a dance HIIT workout for 30 to 35 minutes. You will find them on YouTube, so feel free to choose whatever routine you like.

Vidya Vox Diet Plan
I’m going to tell you this straight-up that I don’t know what she eats at all. Her food is not known, even on any YouTube channel. Maybe Vidya sometimes stated on her life, but I don’t know about it, as I don’t follow her.
So I will give you my diet plan that would work best with this workout to get you in shape. We will do intermittent fasting of 16:8, which means we can eat only for that 8 hours. So I would recommend you skip breakfast as that way you won’t sleep empty stomach.
Vidya Vox diet includes:
- Oatmeal and blueberries pancake
2nd Meal (after three hours)
- A bowl of salad
- Green smoothie
3rd Meal (in the last hour of your eating window)
- Chicken breast/salmon/turkey
- Wild rice
