Seventeen S Coups Workout Routine
The boy band groups are super active and well-known worldwide for their songs and dance routines. However, other than that, we cannot ignore that all of them have a beautiful and lean body physique. So no wonder many fans admire them and want to look like them? So what are the things S Coups does to keep himself fit, and what does his diet look like, well let’s look at all of that now.
This video interview with Harper’s Bazaar that all the Seventeen group members attended. There they all talked about how they eat and things they do in their daily life. So while Mingyu told everyone that he likes to work out only four times a week, other members including S Coups agreed and told Harper’s Bazaar that they all work out seven times a week and every day there is some activity. This statement seems accurate as they all have to go to the gym regularly and do whatever their trainer tells them to do.
After that, they also do the vocal practice, the weekly dance classes that go for two to three hours alone. Plus, they all love playing sports after a long day of work to get their mind off the work. So to get a body like S Coups, you would need to do a basic weight training workout to tone your body and work on your cardio.
