Thomas has been working in this industry for quite a long time now, and overall these past years, Thomas has improved in many aspects. Physical fitness and body shape are some of the aspects that Thomas likes to work on regularly. To learn that, I went to search a few articles but couldn’t find them or any interview where Thomas has stated his workout routine. Also, no pics or videos were there on Thomas’s Instagram showing him doing a workout. However, I did find a few pics on google showing him and his ex-girlfriend doing workouts together in the gym.
So at least one thing is clear that Thomas does go to the gym and does weight training. So the only thing that remains to find out is the training pattern and exercises he does. While that, for now, is not possible, I can still give you all a workout routine that you can follow and do. Thomas does not do the routine, but it will surely help you get a body like Thomas.
We will train five days a week, doing one hour of weight training and adding a few minutes of cardio and core workout. That will keep your body ripped and bulked up, and remember, this workout will focus more on getting bulk and gaining muscles. So if you are overweight, try focusing on cardio more at the start. Cardio
In the cardio routine, you will be doing exercises like treadmill, Stairmaster, verse climbers, hydro-row, etc. You can do any of this cardio workout for about 10 to 20 minutes at a moderate pace to get started.
Weight Training
We will do a weight training routine that will include training single body parts every day. You will also be focusing on doing low reps with a maximum weight each set to get the best gains. If you are trying to rip, you can do the opposite with lightweight and high reps.
