Maluma Workout Routine

Maluma is one of the best singers you would listen to, and he’s getting bigger and bigger every day. However, it’s not only the singing that Maluma keeps on improving. He is also improving his lifestyle and living healthy by being fit. Maluma is one of the most balanced singers I have ever seen. Maluma doesn’t do any drugs, eats super unhealthy, or drinks hard alcohol, etc.

Maluma also keeps himself active and Workout every day with different things. He got knee surgery a couple of years ago, and to keep himself fit, Maluma needs to work out regularly. His workouts vary as he likes to do a bit of everything. Maluma also loves yoga, cycling in the morning, meditation, lots of bodyweight exercises, and weight training.

So now that we have learned what Maluma does, let’s get into the details and figure out how to break it down.

Maluma is working out twice a day, doing a mixture of different things, and that’s what we will do; we will do six days of Workout and one day of hiking that will be our rest day. We will train our body with stretches, cardio, and body weight and weight training in those six days of training. So let’s get started:

Maluma C&C Workout (cardio and core workout)

One of the workouts that I love is doing cardio and core workout in the morning. So we will be doing six days of cardio and then a core workout to get our day started. For cardio, Maluma does 10-15 minutes of cycling, running, or skipping, so you can also do that or try other cardio exercises for 30 minutes.

Then for the core workout, we will do a circuit routine consisting of bodyweight exercises. Again, you can do this anywhere, even if you are traveling, so make sure you don’t skip this Workout.

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

Now we will do a six days workout in which four days we will train our weight training and add some yoga workouts in between for two days. Make sure to do an hour of yoga, as it will help you stay flexible and get your body lean like Maluma.

Maluma Diet Plan

In that interview, Maluma talked about eating healthy and foods that he likes. Maluma enjoys eating chicken and almost every food; he also loves a sashimi tuna as it’s low in calories and a good source of protein.

Maluma eats clean a lot but also has days when he enjoys cheating meals; his diet is kind of like Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson, where they eat healthy six days a week and have one cheat day.

The best cheat meal for him is the same as Dwyane, where he has a good burger. Maluma also enjoys snacking on protein shakes and protein bars, while his carbs source is sweet potatoes and brown rice. Also, Maluma drinks a lot of water regularly.
